Buzz...Buzz...Buzz

A week from now we'll be on our way.
Leaving the Big Apple for the Bluegrass State.
Ever since we return from spending Christmas
in Maryland, we have been busy packing and cleaning.

In the midst of this very chaotic process,
we have a very energetic toddler who
does not understand the word "No."

So for me and Jay to get 30 seconds of peace
& quiet, we have to use the bathroom as a hiding place.
We've only been there for like 15 seconds
when we heard the heavy patter of little feet.

Emma was running down the hallway from the
bedroom towards the livingroom.
Not finding us there, she then started pacing
the hallway yelling, "Milk! Milk!"

Jay and I were arguing who will come out of the bathroom first.
We both knew that it's just a ploy to get us out of hiding,
and neither of us really wants to give in to the Little One.

But guess who won?
That would be ME! Yay!
I got the bathroom all to myself!

When the milk request did not give Emma the desired result...
she started yelling- "Jaaay! Jaaaay!"

Ha! Daddy can't hide anymore.
He got summoned.

Happy New Year!
