Today for breakfast,
I had iced coffee, cheese croissant,
and Johnny Depp.
Okay, so it was not him in the physical sense.
I bought the latest Newsweek magazine.
They had an article about JD and he's on the cover as well.
I'm a huge fan of JD ever since I first laid eyes on him
in that 80's classic "21 Jump Street."
But unlike those who sometimes mock
my continued fanaticism on the man,
I have never stopped my continued
patronage of his work.
I did not start liking him again
after "Pirates of the Caribbean."
No! I sat through every movie he's done
since he left "21 Jump Street."
I have even gone to the theatres ALONE
just so I can see the flicks.
Granted, movies like "What's Eating Gilbert Grape?"
"Benny & Joon," "Don Juan deMarco,"
"Chocolat," and "Nick of Time" were not painful to watch.
"The Astronaut's Wife" was a different story though.
I thought "Edward Scissorhands" and "Ed Wood" was boring.
"The Astronaut's Wife" brought insipidity to another level.
The movie's saving grace were
the sexy scenes between JD and Charlize Theron.
JD and CT were HOT!
Speaking of hotness.
I recently realized that I have never
had a sinful dream about the man.
To think that he is my one free pass to adultery
and/or divorce, I have never lusted after the guy.
Last week, I had this very erotic dream of Colin Firth.
But all my years of being in "love" with JD, not even once
have I had dreamed of him in that nature.
Which led me to conclude,
that one does not really
fuck god!
